Paed GCS

Now live — update the app to use it. The GCS Calculator has a new Adult / Paediatric switch at the top that swaps to the BPNA paediatric Verbal and Motor descriptors. Inside an intervention log, the GCS observation editor automatically uses paediatric scoring when the patient's age is under 5 years, and the handover, PDF export, and My Notes all label it as "pGCS" so the receiver can tell at a glance.
