Add Student crewmate to shift tracker

Hiya,
It might be a bit of a niche thing or an addition that isn't necessarily needed, but it would be nice to be able to tick a box to say we had a student on a shift and show how many hours total we were a preceptor (similar to B6 hours which btw is an amazing addition ❤️), even if just purely for things like an NQP portfolio for evidence
