Hello, I hope you are well.
Would it be possible to add a section in assessment tools for pregnant women?. Florence example;
Pregnant Woman Assessment – Suggested Order
- PV bleeding
- Any bleeding abnormal in pregnancy
- Estimate volume
- Associated pain/clots
- Abdominal pain
- Severity/location
- Contractions?
- Constant or intermittent?
- Reduced fetal movements
- Important fetal wellbeing indicator
- Premature rupture of membranes (PROM/PPROM)
- Fluid loss
- Colour/smell
- Gestation
- Meconium-stained liquor
- Waters should normally be clear
- Pre-term labour
- Contractions
- Pressure
- Back pain
- <37 weeks
- Pregnancy-induced hypertension / pre-eclampsia
- Headache
- Visual changes
- RUQ pain
- Hypertension
- Trauma / falls
- Even minor trauma significant in pregnancy
- Cord snapping / cord complications
- Clamp immediately if snapped
- Consider neonatal blood loss
- Large for gestational age
- Diabetes/shoulder dystocia risk
- Vaginal discharge
- Infection vs membrane rupture
- UTI
- Common and may trigger pre-term labour
- D&V
- Dehydration/sepsis concerns
- Itching or rash
- Consider obstetric cholestasis
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Respiratory compromise/sepsis risk

It would also be useful to include flash cards for pregnancy, birth, bleeding, placenta delivery etc.
Cheers
